Il l&rsquo;avait baptis\u00e9e &lsquo;<em>Contrology<\/em>&lsquo;.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le fondement de la m\u00e9thode Pilates est de retrouver un corps sain, harmonieux et libre de se mouvoir.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/><p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\">Le niveau de mes cours collectifs (avec un nombre de 10 \u00e9l\u00e8ves maximum) est adapt\u00e9 par mes soins en fonction de la dynamique et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie du groupe. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e \u00e9tant de comprendre les mouvements pour mieux les ressentir, tout en respectant les 6 principes de la m\u00e9thode Pilates : Respiration, Contr\u00f4le, Concentration, Centre, Pr\u00e9cision et Fluidit\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La particularit\u00e9 de cette pratique profonde (implication des muscles profonds du dos et des abdominaux, P\u00e9rin\u00e9e et Transverse) est la prise de conscience de votre corps. Je fournis les tapis et le petit mat\u00e9riel. <\/p><p>Vous h\u00e9sitez \u00e0 vos lancer dans l&rsquo;univers du Piates, je vous propose de faire une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;essai (tarif de 7 euros \u00e0 r\u00e9gler sur place) en m&rsquo;envoyant par mail le jour et l&rsquo;horaire qui vous convient le mieux.
