J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agissait pas seulement de renforcer un corps.                                                                                                              Mais de lui redonner sa place dans note quotidien.                                                                                                                                                       Depuis, j&rsquo;accompagne depuis bient\u00f4t 20 ans, des centaines de personnes qui souhaitent retrouver cette relation l\u00e0 : un corps qui soutient, qui guide et qui ouvre des possibles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Je m&rsquo;engage tout simplement \u00e0 ce que les personnes voient le mouvement comme un mode de vie, une hygi\u00e8ne de vie et non comme une contrainte. Je propose des instants o\u00f9 vous allez vous installer dans votre corps. Je vous encourage \u00e0 faire des pauses Pilates pour \u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de votre corps et lui apporter ce dont il a besoin \u00e0 travers le mouvement et la respiration. C&rsquo;est revenir \u00e0 SOI autant de fois que vous le souhaitez ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Je m&rsquo;engage \u00e0 vous \u00ab\u00a0outiller\u00a0\u00bb pour que mouvement soit juste pour vous et qu&rsquo;il r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 un besoin sp\u00e9cifique.
